importing Fonts : Windows to Fedora

Hello all, 

i work on a dual boot WinXP/Fedora desktop.
i know there is a possibility in importing fonts from Windows to Fedora or 
other Linux, but i cannot find it using my doc and browsers ... 

1. could somebody indicate me the operations to do ? 

2. is there any rpm package for installing new fonts somewhere in the web ? 
- cannot find it when browsing ... -
