Add an extra language after completion of O/S installation

I think all you need to do is install the fonts.. At least that was 
my problem when I wanted to view chinese web-sites.

Er.. I'm not sure.. but maybe you also had to make sure that 
you installed the codepages during kernel compile. (I did 
custom compile)
