Not sure.  It seems to have something to do with my GPG signature, but most
people don't seem to be having problems reading it.  I'm not sure what to change
either on my end in Mutt or on your end in Evolution to fix the problem.  I
already changed to traditional signing, as M$ outlook family of email sofeware
didn't like PGP-Mime.  Don't know what else I could do to fix this problem.
