I see (using Evolution 1.4.5) an attachment named msg.pgp.  Content-Type
specifies application/pgp rather than the more common text/plain.  These
are the headers in question:

Content-Type: application/pgp; x-action=sign; format=text
Content-Disposition: inline; filename="msg.pgp"

Oddly, Evolution doesn't even permit me to view the attachment inline.
