yes 5328 works with 2135 kernel i am using it now.... ok heres an error
II) LoadModule: "glx"
(II) Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/nvidia/libglx.so
dlopen: /usr/lib/tls/libGLcore.so.1: undefined symbol: _nv000024gl
(EE) Failed to load /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/nvidia/libglx.so
(II) UnloadModule: "glx"
(EE) Failed to load module "glx" (loader failed, 7)
(II) LoadModule: "record"

i would reinstall your 5328 again and have it rebuild the modules or try
modprobing glx.. but i think its safer to reinstall.. nvidia installer
will remove the old one when u reinstall...

other then that your log looks ok to me...
