Hi,

I notice that init cannot find /dev/pts/0 every time I boot up.
Here is the relevant bit of /var/log/messages:

...skipping
Nov 13 23:44:49 boson anacron: anacron startup succeeded
Nov 13 23:44:49 boson atd: atd startup succeeded
Nov 13 23:44:49 boson init: open(/dev/pts/0): No such file or directory
Nov 13 23:44:49 boson last message repeated 6 times
Nov 13 23:44:52 boson kernel: PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 01:00.0
Nov 13 23:44:52 boson kernel: PCI: Sharing IRQ 11 with 04:0c.0
Nov 13 23:44:55 boson gpm[1158]: O0o.oops(): [gpm.c(949)]:
Nov 13 23:44:55 boson gpm[1158]: mouse initialization failed

Is this connected with the IRQ sharing? Unfortunately, I don't know to
fix IRQs....

Indeed, there is no /dev/pts/0 created:
ls -l /dev/pts
total 0

Any advice would be most appreciated!

I am running Fedora Core 1 release.
