couple of pieces of advice:
ditch:
[fedora-os]
name=Fedora OS
baseurl=http://download.fedora.us/fedora/redhat/0.94/i386/yum/os

add:
[base]
name=Base
baseurl=http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/rawhide

keep:
[fedora-stable]
name=Fedora Linux / stable for Red Hat Linux
baseurl=http://download.fedora.us/fedora/redhat/0.94/$basearch/yum/stable/
gpgcheck=1
failovermethod=priority
