I installed fc1 on a DL360 (p21 bios) with raid controller dimm removed and updated to a 2.6 kernel from rawhide. The best boot parameters for that was "pci=noacpi" not "acpi=off". If that doesn't work for you it most likely is a Test 2 installer bug.
