static routes after reboot

Because the format of that line is incorrect, see "man route". Change it
to

net 203.7.192.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 203.4.205.10 dev eth0

But device specific static routes should go to
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/routes-ethX
