extend EOL for Red Hat Linux 9?

This is unlikely to happen.

http://progeny.com/news/pressreleases/20040407_rh9.html has something of
interest--pay Progeny $5 per machine per month (or $2,500/month for
unlimited machines) and you'll get security updates for Red Hat GNU/Linux
7.2, 7.3, 8.0 and 9.  Support under this plan appears to exist 2005.
