You have to know which resources the ISA card uses to be able to pass
them - IRQ and IO - as parameter to the ethernet device module. Maybe
run the DOS tool by 3Com to find out the values and maybe set them. In
addition use motherboard BIOS to set an IRQ for ISA usage for the NIC.
