OpenOffice 1.1 update problem?

I can't explain exactly why you can't get the release 15 files, but you may 
want to hang loose for the release 16, because there were some bugs 
associated with the release 15. Help files aren't showing up, for instance. 
There is a followup on Bugzilla, indicating that release 16 should be coming 
out today (Monday) or tomorrow.
