ibm director console?

Anyone get this working on fc1, the rpms seem to install but when i run
/opt/IBM/director/twgcon like the 411 install guide says i get nothing,
and 2>file.txt gives nothing. When it "starts" it gives a process and
say it has started but the process doesnt exist with a ps -A. I have
looked on google and ibm's site but nothing.
