I imagine you could
rpm -ivh <kernel-rpm-here>
any kernel (replacing "<kernel-rpm-here>" with the desired kernel) and then
pick it from the boot menu when you reboot. If it fails to run, you can
reboot again and pick a different kernel. Of course, different major kernel
versions expect some different support files, but that's another issue.
