Install script failed

and program doesn't load

What does this mean and how can I fix it.
Under a regular user I don't get this error and the program loads
Under root I get this error even if I start KDE under user and "su -" or "su" 
to root?

kde-3.2.1-0.fdr.0.1
qt-3.3.1-0.fdr.7.1

I trying to install HP Web JetAdmin?
