Install the dovecot package and edit /etc/dovecot.conf to enable the
POP3 protocol. Be sure iptables is not blocking port 110 if you want to
connect to the POP3 server remotely.

Feel free to search this list's archive to grab the information. The
POP3 topic was covered already a couple of times.
