There is an rm command: rm /usr/X11R6/lib/xscreensaver/glsnake.
If you want something more fancy, you could always grab the src.rpm and
perform whatever magic necessary to build a binary rpm without glsnake.

Though, if you're paranoid, you probably want to disable all
screensavers other than blank screen or something, otherwise a user
might insert their own text in a textual screensave (as I have done,
providing excerpts from the 48 Laws of Power :))
