A little OT since you run Outlook, but:
If you go to:

Go to Tools/Rules/Alerts
Click New Rule
Start from blank rule
Click Next
Check With specific words in the subject
Then click on the underline 'specific words'
put in 'Inappropriate content in Fedora'
Click 'add'
click 'ok'
click 'next'
check 'delete it'
click 'next'
click 'finish'

Voila, you're done! (much easier in gmail huh, or procmail, or anything else 
huh?.. less time to 'yum install evolution'
