Hello,

I have the same problem if I try to install in graphical mode. A bug 
has been submitted to bugzilla (not by me) for the Fedora Core 2 test 3 
release.

It seems it is not a video card problem but a serial mouse problem (It 
was the case for me).

I could install in text mode ("linux text" at the prompt) and after the 
installation, I had no problem with the mouse in X.

I also succeeded installing in vnc mode ("linux vnc 
vncpassword=<password>" at the prompt) and I had the full graphical 
installation system on the client machine.
