ID3 Tags in XMMS

Given that nothing else seems to have worked, try disabling
the MPEG Layer 1/2/3 Placeholder Plugin.  I had the same
problem a while back (RH9 or FC1 - don't remember which), can't
seem to reproduce it now though.
