TV Tuner/FM Radio on FC3

Hello

Recently I added a bt878 TV Tuner Card with FM radio to my pc.  I run FC3.
I downloaded and installed Gnome Radio but it does not work (I get ther error cannot create /dev/radio)  When I check the Hardware Browser, the card has been recognised and seems to be working fine.  

Help required :

1)  Which application should I use to watch TV and capture ?
2)  Which applciation should I use to listen to FM radio and record ?
3)  Are any other drivers required ?

All the help is really appreciated ..
