proxy connection forbiden

Hi All.

I have a problem with up2date client.

I have 3 Servers in my network, 2 FC2 and 1 FC3
also i have transparent proxy on the top.
with transparent enable - i get 403 Forbiden as result of running up2date. (my proxy in some blacklists ?)
If transparent down - all seems ok..
This question need to be asked in other plase... 
but maybe anyone have any ideas about this ?

p.s. all FC's - have real ip's...
