Is there a MONO package for FC3 ?

Dunno. It could possibly be the speed at which FC develops. Face it,
Debian has been the same for way too long now and the other distros
typically have a 6 to 8 month turn around. FC has 3 a year (or that the
plan).

I gave up on using the rpms ages ago and switched to building my own -
much better solution than waiting on someone to do to the builds.
