Google "md5sum" yields:

downloads.activestate.com/contrib/md5sum/Windows/

the .exe file can be downloaded, installed (presumably in win directory
then run via a cmd terminal:

md5sum name/location/of_.iso file

it should be capable of comparing sum to a text file the same as linux
versions try md5sum /? to see if there is any help available.  Also
there are some websites to look at for help (same page you found
the .exe file
