Rick Moen wrote a great article on mounting all of those types of
devices. It was in Linux Journal a few months back. I forget the
issue, but when I get home I will look and post the exact one. Check
that out, there are some quirky things you have to do to fool it
depending on the filesystem type, in order to get it to mount. If I
remember right, he had examples and such from a variety of *nux
filesystems.
