download fc3 as dvd or iso

FWIW a while ago, I tried to download FC2 dvd image to W2K.   Never 
succeeded.  It did things like lock up the system.  It's been a while, so I 
might misremember the details. Nearest I could figure it was probably 
because the dvd image was too large for W2K ftp.
