FC3 selinux effects noticed

So far as I know, the speakup FC3 kernel is selinux-capable.  speakup 
kernels have been available from Redhat 7.x onward at different times and 
places.  Slackware and Debian have had identical support with if memory 
serves Debian back as far as potato and slackware as far back as 7.0.
