Import Microsoft address files (*.wab or *.csv) into FC3/Evolution?

csv2vcard works well for Fedora Core 3. I've used it several times with
perfect results. Save your Outlook address book as csv. In a terminal
run csv2vcard filename.csv filename.vcf, then import the file using
Evolution.
