FC3 - FC1 shared home directory.

Hello,

With a planned move to FC3 coming up.  What issues do I have to look 
at for shared home directories between FC1 and FC3.  The users need to 
move back an forth between installs until there is confidence that 
productivity won't be affected and all applications are installed in FC3.

I have noticed that some applications don't have the same features in 
FC3 (GIMP, scripting and file type support).
