ACPI in FC3

Hi there,
I am using FC3 and having issues with ACPI/APM. I am using a Compaq
Presario 1277 model laptop. When my laptop's battery power if fully charged
and i unplugged my AC power supply, I get a pop-up from the power supply
applet after 15 minutes that the batter charge is 1% remaining, While the
battery is still 80 charged.

Dose any one have similar issues solved ?
