Strange behaviour during update

I get the red icon that some packages have to be updated (4) with red 
icon on the tray

I start update and I get a list of four packages to be updated(from 
0.6.3-1 to 0.6.4-0.1):
gstreamer from 0.6.3-1 to 0.6.4-0.1
gstreamer-plugins from 0.6.3.3 to 0.6.4-0.1
gsreamer-plugins-mp3 from 0.6.3.3 to 0.6.4-0.1
gstreamer-tools from 0.6.3-1 to 0.6.4-0.1

but when I proceed it says that my system is fully updated...
If I run synaptic(+apt), it says that the system is fully updated...

Any idea how to proceed???
