Security updates are too slow or none existant

I know , but I still believe that security updates have to be tested 
just as all the other packages , as they may also break something , 
specially if you think about how they're made: in a rush , trying to 
solve the issue as fast as possible.... I know that programming in that 
conditions can lead to some problems...
