Halt not working

Same problem here.

Behaviour:
Flushing ide devices: hda hdb
Power down
(Harddisks go down but computer is still running).

Motherboard is an Epox 8KRA2+ with latest FC1.

Also tried acpi=on. Same thing.

Any ideas?
