Downloading 3 GB of ISOs to install a working system places the network
burden up front. With the Core OS on one CD you could spread those
bandwidth requirements over a longer time frame.
Unless everyone does "yum install '*'" it seems like this should
conserve bandwidth at any given point in time. Anyone doing more than a
few installations would surely be smart enough to create their own
internal mirror and use boot.iso or netboot.
