question on sendmail/procmail and vipul razor

If you mean procmail indeed, it is already integrated as a MDA for
sendmail, configure /etc/procmailrc for site wide procmail rules.

If you mean postfix, try

alternatives --config mta

and choose postfix. Use chkconfig to tune startup of sendmail and
postfix and

/etc/init.d/sendmail stop
/etc/init.d/postfix start

to have it happen for this power cycle.

Razor integrates very well with spamassassin. Continue using
spamassassin and add razor/DCC/pyzor for spamassassin's scoring.
