mod_auth_pgsql docs?

i am suddenly faced with an web server authentication requirement,
and i noticed mod_auth_pgsql sitting in the RPMS for Apache 2.0,
which might solve my problem nicely (as opposed to a script that
would export usernames and passwords and maintain a db or dbm
file), but i can't for the life of me find any stinking documentation
on the apache web site. can someone give me a pointer?
