usbstick processes still very slow with Fedora C1

After I manually mount the usb stick in the gnome terminal, there is no  message printed to the terminal. Somebody else asked me about any messages to /var/log/message, and out of thousands of lines I got the following (which I thought was relevant):

Regarding the entry on my /etc/fstab file for the usb memory stick, I manually made the following entry:

/dev/sda1              /mnt/usbstick            auto noauto,user 0 0 5

Any thoughts?
