Adding Dual-Booting to an Existing FC1 Machine

Anyone know of some good online sources (i.e. FAQs) that cover setting up a dual/multi-boot machine?  I recently upgraded my "hobby box" to FC1 and now want to add an additional harddrive (with multiple partitions) for another version of RH (for some RT Linux experimentation) and Windows server.
