Shift+Ctrl+Alt+F10

Please, when I press the Shift+Ctrl+Alt+F10 on my
Fedora Core 1 OS the system goes blank and I only see
a blinking cursor in a Dos like fashion. Could this be
a bug or a hardware incompatibility.

Please, comment or try it out on your system.
