Official Fedora(tm) Companion (Red Hat Press) covers Fedora's features:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0764558366/
O'Reilly & Associates has many great books for Linux and UNIX systems:

Running Linux, 4th Edition:

There are sample chapters for many books.
Also, search this list's archives for other books. You'll find many
other suggestions.
If you have a local library then see if they have anything available.
My local library offers web-based access (http://www.netlibrary.com/)
to many Linux and UNIX systems books including those from O'Reilly &
Associates and Sams Publishing. Some of the introductory Linux books
are expensive. You may only need that sort of book for a short time and
would prefer to save money for more detailed reference books (e.g. Linux
in a Nutshell, Linux Network Administrators Guide, etc). Try to get
something recent if the book is vendor-specific. But even older books
with general Linux information should be relevant.
