Evolution v.s. =A4T=C0\=...

I am a Chinese language user.
When I got some mails with source like *=A4T=C0\=BBP=A4=FB=B1=C6*,
Evolution seems can't handle these mails well.  The mail is displayed in
Chinese words, but there is only *one* line in *one* paragraph.  I must
scroll the bar at bottom to right to read all paragraph.

I have tried changing character encoding, but it didn't work.
The situation never occurred when I used Mozilla mailer or Thunderbird.

Any suggestions?
