Shutdown problems while upgrading kernel

When upgrading to a newer kernel from rawhide, mainly from 2.6 to 2.6 I
have seen this error twice when rebooting.  This time was from .24 to
.30 (both kernels still installed)  It halts to here and I have to hard
boot it.
