This, in fact, is not even needed - ov511's will work just fine just
rebooting.
For ov511 I would recommend camorama in favor of xawtv - it works faster
(as it does not try to use a different resolution then that one from
ccd), uses gtk widgets and is easier to configure contrast, etc.

I don't remember where I found a rpm for it.

This is not a problem, just a warning. Here the same happens, but image
appears (slow)
