how do I install the new KDE beta?

Ah! That did it. After installing that netsnmp thing, exiting to run level 3, 
removing from the directory the packages that had already been installed and 
trying rpm -Uhv *.rpm again, it finally worked.

Now I'm finally testing the new KDE beta. Thanks to everyone. :-)
