[root at fastcat agreen]# rpm -q --whatprovides libglib-2.0.so.0
glib2-2.2.3-1.1
check you have it installed, I guess
[root at fastcat agreen]# ll /usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 22 Jan 1 21:21
/usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so -> libglib-2.0.so.0.200.3
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 22 Oct 13 11:41
/usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0 -> libglib-2.0.so.0.200.3
- -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 431128 Aug 26 21:13
/usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0.200.3
Check its readable and executable
Maybe run ldconfig as root
