Yes. It was planned to provide the k3b-mp3 extra package at lvn,
so it can extend the k3b package provided at fdr. That would avoid
that a k3b package from lvn upgrades a k3b package [of the same
software version] from fdr due to "lvn > fdr" release comparison.
