Can't connect pgadmin III to postgreSQL db

In 7.3.4, it's almost at the end of section 3.4.4 of the Administrator's 
Guide. Great if, like me, you know where to look. Not so good for new 
users though. I've just added a comment to the 7.4 Wiki about this.
