$releasever should be replaced with 1 (yum does it automatically) so the
real address is http://fedora.redhat.com/releases/fedora-core-1
For the mirror you can use:
http://www.mirror.ac.uk/sites/download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/$releasever/$basearch/os/
