Add these lines to /etc/yum.conf:

[freshrpms]
name=Fedora Linux $releasever - $basearch - freshrpms
baseurl=http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/$releasever/$basearch/freshrpms

Then run:

"yum install xine"

Then "xine movie.mpeg" will play the file.
