Stopping fedora from shutting down my monitor

For the past week sence I installed FC-2 the monitor has been shuting
down.  I have disabled this in the bios yet it still shuts the monitor
down.  Where in the blue blazes do i shut down this trashey very madning
way to do saving power by shuting doen the monitor!!!!!!!!
